Find Your Space: Reserving Facilities Through the Community Member Portal

There are any number of reasons why an open office format may not be right for your next meeting. No matter the reason, when you need to reserve facilities at PatchWork Collective, our Community Member Portal is where to start.

PatchWork Collective has a variety of office set-ups and sizes to suit your needs. Looking for a wide open space to spread out your art or set up a photoshoot? Check out The Studio. Need a formal office setting? The 9s or the Standard may be right for you. Looking to host a larger meeting or put on an audio-visual presentation? You’ll want to check out the ThinkTank or the WorkShop. We know that no two businesses are exactly the same, so we want to help you customize your meeting experience to suit your brand and your clients’ expectations.

Reserve Space Through the Community Member Portal

Once you have picked your location, how do you reserve it? Head over to the PatchWork Collective Community Member Portal. Click on Reservations at the top to begin reserving your space. This will bring up a calendar that will show everything going on at the PatchWork Collective. Click on “Book Now” to add your event or meeting to the list.

You will be directed to a new page where you can select a day to see all the spaces available during that time. Times are listed across the page, while the different spaces (with helpful pictures) run down the left-hand side.

Click on the time you want your meeting to start. A darker button will pop up on the timeline. You can adjust the start and end times for your meeting (don’t forget about set up and tear down) and see how much your event will cost. Once you are satisfied with the time, date, and location, click “Book Now” to reserve your space.

If you are not yet a Community Member, you will be prompted to create an account and set up a payment method. You can use a credit card or ACH bank account transfer that you can automatically use anytime you come back to reserve more space. The Proximity Space software that powers the PatchWork Collective Community Member Portal is secure, so you don’t have to worry about your personal or financial data. Type in any discount codes you may have, and submit your request.

Remember: Members get up to 6 free hours per month in any of our private offices or the ThinkTank, or up to 3 hours in the WorkShop.

Members can reserve space anytime, day or night, including on weekends and holidays. That’s part of your 24/7 access. Remember that after-hours the front door will be locked. If you have clients or team members meeting you here, feel free to open the door, just remember to lock up again once you are done.

For non-members, your event will be “Pending” until one of the PatchWork Collective facilities managers can review your request. That way, we can be sure someone is here to let you in, get you situated, and make sure you have everything you need.

Hosting Special Events at PatchWork Collective

We love hosting special events in the Woodward View at the PatchWork Collective. Our beautiful front coworking area makes a great setting for professional networking events, larger workshops, community gatherings, and even small weddings held
after-hours and on weekends.

Because there are often more details involved in these special event reservations, we ask that you contact us to arrange a tour with one of our facilities managers. We’ll talk to you about your needs, and provide you a quote for rental, including the security deposit and total cost. Once you put down the security deposit, the space is yours.
