Rent Offices and Conference Rooms by the Hour at PatchWork Collective
The beauty of coworking is it allows you to create the work space you need for your business. Want to work in the common room and connect with your community? You can do that. Need a phone booth to take a call? We’ve got those too.
But when the work you are doing includes meeting with clients, gathering your team, or networking with other professionals, sometimes you need an office, or a conference room. At PatchWork Collective we have spaces for rent that seat 2 to 24, so you can always find a space that suits your business needs. Private office rentals start at $20 per hour, or $500 per month for a permanent space to call your own.
Members Get 6 Hours of Free Office Rental with Membership
One of the perks of membership is access to free office rental every month. Members can use up to 6 hours in any of our smaller spaces or 3 hours in the WorkShop conference room as part of their membership. Your free hours reset on the first of every month, no matter when your membership renews. So you always know when to book your space. Members can use their free time to:
- Meet with clients
- Hold seminars or workshops
- Host networking groups
- Practice presentations
- Work on big projects
- Brainstorm on a giant whiteboard
- Get away from the noise of the public area
While non-members are required to get approval from a facilities manager at least 24 hours before their event, members can use any available private office at any time (up to the 6 hour maximum per month). Members can also reserve spaces outside of normal business hours, even when our facilitators are unavailable, so they can hold evening meetings or work on projects over the weekend.
Reserve Your Space on Our Community Member Portal
Using your 6 free hours of office space is easy. Just head over to our portal and go to Reservations. Click “Book Now” to choose your day, time, and room. When you go to complete your reservation, you should see this:
“Looks like your reservation isn’t going to cost you anything today! Just tell us what your reservation is about and you’re ready to book!”
That means you’re all set and the normal $20 per hour is waived as a part of your membership. If you need more time in a given month, that’s no problem either. You’ll just be charged the standard $20 per hour (or $40 for the WorkShop).
For some PatchWork members, the ability to reserve office space when they want, how they want is the best part of membership. They spend their six hours every month, meeting with clients or working with their team members. Others use their office time for business development or personal space.
